She has been CEO of her own agency for 16 years with specialized experience in the field of renewable energy and machinery industry for companies located in China, Europe, Africa and the United States. Melissa is an expert in logistics, international customs and worldwide shipping in foreign markets.
Melissa loves to travel and spending time with her family.
She is in charge of our office in Italy.

Thierry Guemboura
Senior Consultant -Engineer
Thierry is a versatile Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of extensive experience in the beverage, dairy, and food industry and has an expert knowledge of database architectural design. He creates an environment of continuous improvement: in manufacturing, engineering performance and management. He has a strong understanding of both the technology and business objectives to maximize performance. He served in the French Navy and loves to fly. He is a licensed private pilot.

Pascal Senentz
Senior Consultant - MBA
Pascal has a Chemical Engineering degree and a MBA in Economy. He has international experience in different fields such as Industry, Business Development, Medical, Chemical, Oil/Gas etc. Pascal has a strong background in management of salesmen, business developing, recruiting and improving sales force. He heads our office in Switzerland.
Pascal loves hiking in the Swiss Alps with his family where he can practice his other passion- taking amazing photos.

Edward Soto
Consultant
Edward graduated from the University of Texas. He worked for the International Printing Department in New York and he has experience in the Cement, Food, Mechanical and Electronic industries. Edward is an expert in networking, building business relationships and developing the business as a whole. He likes to travel in Europe, especially France.
He is multilingual in English, Spanish and French.
Jean-Luc Szostak
Senior Consultant
Jean-Luc graduated from the University of Lyon (France) with a degree in Business. He worked as a business developper in North Africa and Western Asia. He is an experienced lecturer in his field. He has international experience business and other fields including automobile and transport. He is in charge of our France office.
Jean-Luc loves to ride horses with his wife at their ranch in France.
Jeremie Falzone
CEO - Engineer
Jeremie has a Master Degree in Engineering and Management (Ecole des Mines and University of Lyon). He was the General Manager of several European companies, first in Europe and then in the US. He has developed his portfolio in different fields including Food, Medical, Industrial, Construction, Sales, and Marketing.
Now he lives in Tampa, FL with his wife and son where he loves to repair classic cars, go boating and enjoy the sunshine state weather.

Hope graduated from USF with a Masters in Mental Health and has an extensive background in Human Resources in the US. She has worked in a wide variety of specialities in the Health and Mental Health industry and has managed a wide variety of employees.

Tiani Jones
Senior Consultant - Engineer
Tiani graduated from the prestigious Colorado school of Mines. She is an Agile coach and Delivery Lead knowledgeable in the Kanban Method, Agile, Lean UX and Lean principles from positions in domains including mobile applications, educational software, IT consulting, flight simulation, software localization, biomedical engineering, and consumer electronics. Project experience focused on innovation through experimentation. Proponent for technical practices such as TDD, Pair Programming and Continuous Integration. She is able to combine systems based thinking, empathy, and analytical skill seamlessly. Tiani is fluent in English and French.

After owning his own pastry bakery store, he started working with supermarket chains to optimize their quality and profits. He also worked with many retailers by developing the bakery, pastry, and snacking departments at national and international level.

He has worked as a Signal and Image Processing Engineer for the medical industry and the French National Transport Research Center. He gives lectures in mathematics, physics and computer programming in computer science universities.
Laurent loves riding his bike in the French mountains and is a multi-instrumentalist and composer.
